Every single building bought from A.B.Creasy & Sons is built to order in our own workshop. Because of this, all of our buildings can be built either to one of our standard sizes or to meet your unique size and specifications.

The timber we use is from sustainable sources and every piece of timber is hand chosen at the time of machining to guarantee that you are getting the best quality material on your build.

Once the building is complete, we then arrange the delivery and erection of the building. Erection of Creasy buildings is an inclusive service within 30 miles of Scotter, but there are a few important things to point out before we can perform this service.

The most important is the base on which the building will sit. A good quality base will support your building against stress caused by ground movement or settlement, deter rot and will increase the lifespan of your building. The base should be firm and level and ideally made from concrete or paving.

The location of the shed is also important. Customers should select an area with good access for erection, allowing for large sections to be carried through – these are sometimes much larger than people realise!! The area should also be clear of overhanging branches or any surrounding obstructions which could damage the building once erected, or interfere with the erection.

Please leave at least a 2ft working space around every side of the building - it isn’t uncommon for people to want their building flush against a wall, which makes things much trickier when erecting!

The time taken to erect a building differs from project to project, but each is done quickly, efficiently and to the highest standards.
